New minimum booking terms for 2025

All pitches booked on May bank holidays are a 2-night minimum

Electric and non-electric pitches booked on August bank holiday are a 3-night minimum

Day guests

There is now a charge for day visitors of £5.00 each (AGES 5 -17) £10 each (18+) no charge for infants 0-4. This gives full access to the campsite facilities.

These can be paid for on arrival or added to an overnight booking. Day guests will be issued with a white wristband and this needs to be worn throughout the duration of their visit.

This will help us to control how many people are onsite and ensure we always have enough space for everybody to enjoy our onsite facilities.

• PLEASE NOTE: This is not glamping, we simply hire out the tent, single camp beds and flooring. No electric/fridges/cutlery/crockery etc is provided when booking tent hire on this page.

Hire out a 6m x 6m bell tent which we put up for you in our main camping field!

£155 per night(minimum 2 night stay) includes

sleeps 6 people maximum (2 people included in pitch fees, then £5pp for 5-17years old, £10pp for over 18’s)

Single camp bed per booked person

Pitch fees (bell tents are only available on non electric pitches)

A small campsite shop stocking all your needs. Located by the main entrance of the campsite, this independent business will run alongside our normal campsite however is not run by Three Lakes Campsite or Westmill farm

When booking we require full payment on booking.

For added security when making payment, please ensure you enter your name exactly as it appears on your bank statement, any abbreviation will cause payment to be declined.

A FOB WILL BE ISSUED FOR EACH VEHICLE. THIS FOB WORKS ON BOTH THE CAMPSITE BARRIER AND THE WESTMILL FARM ENTRANCE GATE
RED WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN DURING THE WHOLE STAY
COLOURED DEPARTURE AND ADD-ON BANDS MUST BE VISIBLY DISPLAYED FOR GROUNDSMEN TO SEE.

About Us

Our campsite is located just outside of Ware town and is open from April to September. Although just off the A10, the campsite is in the heart of the rolling Hertfordshire countryside. The onsite Rib Valley fishing lakes will appeal to nature lovers, walkers and fishermen and with lots of other activities on site you will never get bored! Our campsite offers open camping areas and a choice of grass pitches with and without hook up. At just 25 miles from London our campsite is the ideal base for those who wish to explore the capital. Ware train station is only a 5 minute drive away, from here you can catch a train into the city.

Please note 1 pitch is for 1 tent or 1 motor home or 1 caravan no multiple units per pitch. 

On the booking search tool to the right, first select the type of pitch then the arrival dates then how many nights you wish to stay with us then click search and you will see a message saying how many of the selected pitch type are currently available. Camping for Groups

We do accept family/club/school camping groups. We define a camping group as any booking that requires over 10 pitches that need to be together. Groups can be booked by simply adding a group name to your booking when prompted, we will then section off an area based on the size of your group and amount of occupants. Please note – we will rope off an area we feel is adequate, you are welcome to remove ropes if you need more space!

Please be aware electric and non electric pitches are not in the same area.

Bell tents can be pitched alonside non-electric pitches.
